Standard stock models start at 10–20 pcs, so you can order a small quantity to test a design before committing to volume. Custom packaging and OEM/private-label projects carry their own tooling terms, quoted per project.
Stock items ship within 7–15 days. Custom orders take 20–35 days depending on quantity and finishing. We hold stock of most standard models, and the production schedule is confirmed in writing with your quotation.

Yes. Share a drawing, sample or sketch. We will check feasibility and tooling cost at our production base in Wenzhou, then deliver pre-production samples for approval before any production run. Tooling terms are stated up front.
We stock zinc alloy, solid brass, aluminum alloy, brass-and-wood, solid wood, leather-wrapped, ceramic, crystal, and marble-effect pulls. Finishes include K Gold, Chrome, Matte Black, Pearl Grey, Coffee, French Antique, Antique Bronze, Brushed Gold, and more. Most models are available in several finishes.
Yes — we can send a PDF catalogue covering entry to premium lines: modern solid brass, antique brass-and-wood, marble-effect, leather-wrapped, decorative, children's handles, and hidden recessed pulls. Center-to-center sizes run from 96 mm to 1,000 mm, listed for every model.
Production, QC and export packing are carried out at our production base in Wenzhou, to the specification agreed with you. Screw thread, hole depth and tolerances are confirmed in writing before a run starts, critical dimensions are checked 100% and appearance is sampled at AQL 2.5 before shipment. Warranty is 1 year against manufacturing defects.
We do not currently hold our own REACH, RoHS or SGS certificates for the full range. However, we can arrange third-party testing for the specific items you need and share the reports before you order. Tell us which market or platform you sell on, and we will confirm what is required.
We handle export documentation and shipping coordination — by sea, air or express. Trade terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) are confirmed in your quotation once we know the destination and volume. Hardware is packed in export cartons with inner protection, then palletised or loaded loose for sea freight.
Yes. We welcome buyer visits to our production floor, sample room, and warehouse in Wenzhou. Please book 3 days in advance so we can arrange the schedule.
Yes — samples are charged at unit price plus freight, and the sample cost is refundable against your first bulk order. Stock samples are ready in 1–3 days; custom samples take 7–10 days and require tooling, quoted separately.
Standard terms are 30% deposit with order and 70% balance before shipment. For repeat orders, terms can be discussed. We confirm the payment schedule in your quotation.
